How we control quality

Four gates. No batch skips one.

Incoming material check

Every rubber compound lot is verified against its spec — hardness, tensile and elongation — before it enters production.

In-process inspection

First-article approval on every mold run, then scheduled dimensional checks through the shift.

Lab testing

Our QC lab runs hardness, compression set, aging and fluid-resistance tests to ASTM D2000 callouts.

Final AQL inspection

Pre-shipment sampling inspection, de-flashing verified, parts counted, packed and labeled to your spec.
