Piston seals, rod seals, wipers, wear rings and rotary lip seals — molded or CNC-machined in PU, FKM, NBR and PTFE composites. Lip geometries are designed with simulation software for the pressure, speed and temperature of your duty, with engineered anti-extrusion designs for zero-leakage service.

Each position in a cylinder asks for a different material. This is how we normally combine them.

Hydraulic Seal FAQ

Molded or machined — which should I choose?

Molded for volume production and complex lip geometries; CNC-machined for prototypes, urgent spares and large bores with no tooling cost.

Can you copy a worn seal from a sample?

Yes. Send the worn part or the hardware dimensions — our engineers measure, recommend the material and confirm before production.

PU or PTFE for my application?

PU wins on abrasion resistance for reciprocating rods; PTFE composites win on low friction, speed and chemical resistance for rotary service.

Do you supply complete seal kits?

Yes — piston seal, rod seal, wiper and wear rings matched as a kit for your cylinder bore and rod size.

How do you choose the seal material?

By the duty: PU for abrasion on reciprocating rods, FKM for heat and chemicals, PTFE composites for low friction and rotary speed, NBR for cost-effective oil service. For advanced duties we build hybrid designs — PTFE sliding elements with elastomer energizers, plus back-up rings against extrusion.
