Popular AS568 inch sizes and common metric sizes are stocked for fast dispatch. Anything outside the stock list is molded to your drawing with low tooling cost.
Can you match a sample I send you?
Yes. Send the sample or a drawing with dimensions, material and hardness — our engineers reverse-engineer it and confirm before tooling.
Do you provide material test reports?
Yes. Every batch is tested to ASTM D2000, and material test reports are available on request. PPAP documentation is available for automotive programs.
What colors are available?
Black is standard; red, blue, green, white/translucent food-grade silicone and other custom colors are available on request.
Do you make food-grade colorful silicone O-rings?
Yes. Our colorful metric silicone (VMQ) O-rings are food-grade — odorless, non-leaching and compliant with FDA / USP VI. Typical uses: water dispensers, coffee machines, ovens, steamers and food-line valves with direct food contact, plus sterilization equipment in medical and pharmaceutical plants.
How do I choose between NBR, FKM, silicone and EPDM?
Mineral or hydraulic oil → NBR; high-temperature oil → FKM; food contact, high-temperature air, oil-free or outdoor static sealing → VMQ silicone; hot water and antifreeze → EPDM. Note that silicone is not suitable for mineral oil or high-pressure dynamic service.
